What to do on my day off...
Working on the train gives me three days off in a row. My first day is spent sleeping, trying to catch up on the previous two long days of not much sleep. The second day is usually spent doing something fun, and the third day is spent getting ready to go back to work. Well, this last three day wasn't anything spectacular. However, on one of my days off I spent the day at the bookstore, Borders, down the road from where I live. One can only guess why I was at the bookstore...yes folks, the new special edition Eclipse came out this weekend with a chapter from the fourth book, Breaking Dawn. As soon as I walked in the door I spotted the book and grabbed one and headed upstairs for a big comfy chair and made myself comfortable. I can now say I have read the first chapter of the final book in the Twilight series. I do have to say that I think Stephenie Meyer just might be winning me back...kind of struggled in the fourth book with Bella and her attitude with marriage, along with her mother, Renee, and her views on marriage as well. Fourth book is going to be good, and such a fast read that when it's all over I just won't know what to do with myself?!?!? Hmmm...maybe I'll focus on "real life" for a change. Probably not because the movie isn't that far away...December 12, 2008!

Fun, fun! But I must say...don't get on Stephenie about writing values for her characters that may not be the same as hers. I have found a lot of people passing judgement on what she writes because she is mormon. It's fiction...she can write about premarital sex all she wants. I mean, seriously...I really wanted Edward and Bella to do it!! It just felt right!! And no one can disagree with that! Well, okay Libby, maybe you will, but still...I wish they would have done it. :D
The chapter was very intriguing, but Bella is still getting on my nerves. I am so excited for Breaking Dawn to come out I just don't know what to do with myself!
I think it sounds so fun to go to a bookstore, get a book and just sit in a comfy chair and read all by myself.
I have to agree about Bella in the third book she was annoying hopefully she is better in the 4th.
I'm just glad to see you are having fun.
One of your plants was infested with bugs, Ron sprayed it and it still seems to be living but I hope the rest of yours and mine don't get infested. Right now, I don't feel well enough to check them all out, just to water them.
Debbie
You inspired me to go to B&N and read it too. I'm so excited! I agree that even though I don't believe in premarital sex, everyone(especially you Libby) would have a hard time resisting Edward. Can't wait. I hope Jacob is completely not a matter in this book at all! He better not do anything that I will regret!
All I want to here about Jacob is that he imprints on someone (not Bella) and is happy. I feel bad for the poor guy.
